It’s a somber 4th of July coming up Lori. Thanks for describing it so perfectly. I frequently use words like baffled and confused to describe how I feel about the situation back home. I don’t know … maybe perilous is another word? How can so many of us be at a loss for words? We need group therapy.
Things here are worse than awful. I don't have words for it. I feel my country is being stolen from me. Never thought it would come to this. The criminals are in charge, and the lunatics are enabling them. You made the right move. I miss you! Glad you are enjoying living in that beautiful place.
